StarCap started headwear business from 1999, From the very beginning of the company, We focus on providing quality service and material supply for overseas customers. In 2001, we began to re-plan the company’s direction and decided to set up a professional headwear factory. So in 2001, our professional factory was established in Dongguan city, StarCap has successfully transformed into a professional manufacturer of high-quality headwear for many international brands.
After nearly 20 years’ development, STARCAP factory has more than 180 skillful workers, and 8 production lines, more than 4000 square meters of plant. More than 200,0000 caps can be exported every year.
Currently, StarCap has become the strategic supplier for, BILLABONG, Rip Curl, ROXY, STUSSY, NEW BALANCE, SEAFOLLY and many other international brands, and enjoys a high reputation in global peers.

Strict QC procedures are conducted in all working processes, from materials, cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, ironing to finished products and shipping, make sure we can provide higher quality products to our clients.
